Welcome to WebAccess. We are excited to help you incorporate fitness into your life with personalised exercise programmes, calculators and logs. We hope your WebAccess experience will be fun and rewarding. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and online personalisation, as well as the latest expert advice and information. This document contains our privacy policy, security measures, disclaimers, and other important information. Please take the time to read the entire User Agreement.

By registering for WebAccess, you certify that you have received consent from your Doctor or other health professional to participate in the activities provided by WebAccess. In addition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be amended or modified at any time. Any amendments or modifications will be posted on our web site. Your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised provision of the Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or any revised Agreement, please refrain from using WebAccess.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Our goal is to personally tailor your fitness and training activities to your interests, goals, and fitness level. In order to do this, we collect certain information about you from your use of our web site. When you use our web site, we want you to be secure with our policy on privacy because we understand that personal information regarding your health, fitness and training background is very sensitive and confidential.

The statement below outlines our privacy policy. From time to time, as we expand our services, we will update our privacy policy but the underlying goal of protecting our members' privacy will remain. Please make sure you familiarise yourself with the privacy practices of third party web sites before disclosing personal information to them and any use of these third party web sites is at your own risk.
  6. Supplemental Information. This site supplements the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties. This is only done with your consent, and we describe exactly what information will be gathered and how it will be used.


This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All WebAccess systems are maintained with the latest revisions of operating systems and software, including security updates. Multiple sources of information about Internet security issues are monitored on a daily basis, and systems are carefully monitored to detect any attempts to compromise security. Access to databases is limited to technical staff performing maintenance activities, and support staff assisting a user, and in all cases, is strictly limited to the minimum necessary to perform the assigned task.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or you transmit from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we take all reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

Sometimes user data is not retrievable or is lost or damaged. In these instances, we will try to retrieve or restore the data but we cannot be held responsible and cannot be held liable for data that is lost or damaged, not retrievable, altered or misused. We also cannot be held responsible and cannot be held liable for information that is lost or damaged, not retrievable, altered or misused by third parties.

Children's Guidelines

WebAccess is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18) and prohibits registration by children under the age of eighteen (18). We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen (18).

If a child identifies himself/herself through the registration process to be under the age of eighteen (18), WebAccess will not allow the child to register with WebAccess or to have access to WebAccess's information.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy Statement and in the Member Agreement, we will not release any personally identifiable information. We only share member information on an aggregate basis. This assists our sponsors and partners in deciding what messages and information to direct at our members based on aggregate demographic information.

Requested Disclosure of Information

Not contrary to anything in this Agreement, we also offer additional features where we will transfer your workout data, upon your request, to other alternative channels. You may access your user information through these alternative channels. In the future, WebAccess will provide you the ability to communicate with health professionals. Upon your request, WebAccess will transfer your personal information and data to these health professionals and to other alternative channels.

Disclosure of Information in Certain Circumstances

WebAccess may disclose a member's personal information in the following restricted cases:

  1. Disclosure is required by law;
  2. Violation of the Member Agreement by a member;
  3. Violation of the law by a member;
  4. Disclosure is essential for the continued operation of our web site or our services.

Therefore, while we strive to bring you only the most helpful and accurate information, we cannot verify, endorse or vouch for the information, services or recommendations available through WebAccess. Guidelines for Members regarding E-mail

If you use e-mail, you agree to follow the accepted use policies that govern Internet e-mail, and refrain from using the service to transmit "spam" or other unwanted solicitations, or any material that is harassing, threatening, racially offensive, obscene, abusive, harmful, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, infringing of another's intellectual property rights, or illegal.

You are solely responsible for everything contained in any e-mail you send. WebAccess, at its sole discretion, may revoke your membership if it believes that you have violated the guidelines stated above. Members can be held legally liable for the contents of e-mail messages and may be held legally accountable if messages include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark or patent without the permission of the author or owner.


WebAccess contains copyrighted material. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. SDA Software Ltd owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Each third party content provider owns the copyright in content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit the content available on or through the WebAccess site, except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law or with the express permission of SDA Software Ltd and the copyright owner.

Goods and Services Advertised or Provided through WebAccess

SDA Software are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any problems with the ordering, processing, fulfillment or completion of any goods or services sold via our web site.

Member Responsibility

We assume members of WebAccess will act responsibly and use the tools provided by WebAccess in a law-abiding manner. If SDA Software Ltd determines that any member is not using the system provided by WebAccess responsibly, we can censor, edit or block their transmissions or use of the WebAccess system.

Limitation of Liability

WebAccess and our affiliates and sponsors, are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to WebAccess's web site, our web site related services and/or content, or information contained within the web site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the WebAccess web site and/or our web site related services is to stop using the WebAccess web site and/or those services.


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SDA Software, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of the terms and conditions of this Member Agreement.


SDA Software Ltd, at its sole discretion, may revoke the membership of those who violate its guidelines or this Membership Agreement. This Membership Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action brought in connection with the Membership Agreement shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, in a court located in London, England
